1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ClearSignal services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If
you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.
2. Description of Service
ClearSignal provides an AI-powered interview practice platform. The feedback and scores provided are generated by
Artificial Intelligence and are for educational and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee employment or
specific interview outcomes based on the usage of our Services.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services (e.g., resume text, interview answers). By
submitting content, you grant ClearSignal a license to use, reproduce, and analyze such content for the purpose of
providing and improving the Services.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Reverse engineer the AI models or software.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason
whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ClearSignal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of
profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice
of any material changes.
9. Credit Usage
Credits are consumed for specific actions within the platform:
- Each Evaluation reduces 1 credit.
- Each Follow Up Question reduces 1 credit.
- Each Answer to Follow-ups reduces 1 credit.
10. Cancellation, Refunds, and Disputes
The following terms govern account cancellations, refunds for credits, and billing disputes. By purchasing or using credits,
you agree to these terms in addition to any other applicable policies.

Cancellation: You may request cancellation at any time by emailing
clearsignalhq@gmail.com from your registered email.
After cancellation, your account remains accessible for 90 days for read-only access and consumption of any remaining
credits; no new purchases are allowed during this period. After 90 days, the account is deactivated and access is removed.
You may request reactivation at any time (subject to current terms).

Refund eligibility: Refunds are available only if you have 100 or more available credits at the time
of cancellation and you select the refund option. Accounts under investigation for fraud, abuse, or policy violations are
not eligible for refunds.

Refund calculation: Refundable credits equal your available credits minus 2 non-refundable registration credits.
The refund amount is calculated as (Refundable credits × $0.26) minus a $5.20 (20 credits x 0.26) processing fee. If the net result is negative, no refund is issued.
Promotional, bonus, or free credits are non-refundable, and previously consumed credits are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original
payment method where possible; timing may vary by provider.

Use instead of refund: If you have fewer than 100 credits, or you choose not to request a refund, you may continue using your
remaining credits until they are consumed. No new purchases are permitted after cancellation.

Disputes and chargebacks: Please contact
clearsignalhq@gmail.com for billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed, we may provide documentation to your payment provider regarding your purchases, usage, and these Terms. Chargebacks may
pause any in-progress refund until resolution. Accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or excessive dispute activity may be suspended or terminated.

General: Credits have no cash value except as expressly provided above, are non-transferable, and are tied to your account. We may
refuse, limit, or reverse refunds if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, misuse, or a violation of these Terms. If mandatory local consumer
laws provide additional rights, those rights will apply.
